- Hosting access details (if WordPress is to be installed)

- Whether you would prefer that we install the theme on your existing site or that we send you a zipped theme file.
- Whether you need special component installation (Lightbox gallery, Google Maps integration, Responsive slider, etc.)
- Source design files – PSD, Ai or Figma are accepted formats.
